Fairly convenient, near Aeon and walking distance to nearby restaurants/shoplots. Prescott Ace Cheras is the previous ibis styles, now managed by Prescott Ace. A little dated interior but repainted, clean etc. Kettle/coffee/tea/sugar provided. Hotel quiet at night, not on a main road, peaceful sleep

Comfortable room. Near Aeon Cheras Selatan. Lots of convenience shop, bank and places to eat around the hotel. The location is strategic and plus you get free breakfast everyday from the hotel. The staffs there are very friendly. I just love to stay there because it has top level security meaning that outsiders can't easily access the lift and enter your hotel without security card

All the staff and particularly the chinese lady in the front desk can actually remember my birthday and wish me and the Indian male housekeeper staff is very helpful, friendly and always give service with a smile. The hotel's exceptional service makes our stay more enjoyable and leave a very good impression. Bathroom is clean, room is spacious and bed is very comfortable. I am definitely looking forward to come back to this hotel!

I just came back from Langkawi and stay at Prescott Cheras for 2 days... At the receptionist, they PIC was alert that my birthday is just around the corner. The hotel serve me with a slice of cake, so thoughtful... I really appreciated it...
